Okay, I watched this movie yesterday.  It got me thinking.  I mean really thinking about what we eat and how we procure our foods.  I thought “Super-size Me” was a troubling movie.  This delves even deeper into our societal issues with food production, farming practices, and economic influences.  I’m thinking that we need to create a  huge garden, raise a beef cow and a dairy cow, and find some extra storage space to keep our homegrown food.

Anyone else watch this?  If not, I seriously encourage you to view it.

  1. Grandma Says:

Gates has a produce store next to Rosie’s . It is mostly local grown and she has organic. The problem is it is expensive. Also a new one coming on 22 across from the blueberry place. Between the elk, deer, moles and gophers we would struggle to have a garden even with a fence.
